Dr Sue Foster BVSc, MVetClinStud, FANZCVS (Feline Medicine)

After graduating from The University of Melbourne in 1988, Sue worked in private mixed practice for 7 years before working as a resident, then senior registrar at The University of Sydney from 1995 to 1999. She completed a Masters in Veterinary Clinical Studies on the effects of phenobarbitone on adrenal function tests and serum biochemistry in dogs. In 2000, Sue became a Fellow of the Australian College of Veterinary Scientists in Feline Medicine and took up a position as Lecturer in Small Animal Medicine at Murdoch University. Leaving Murdoch at the end of 2003, Sue then lectured at The University of Sydney as a visiting scholar in 2004 before joining Vetnostics (NSW) in 2004. Sue is currently an Adjunct Associate Professor in Small Animal Medicine at Murdoch University and a medical consultant for ASAP, Vetnostics (NSW) and QML Vetnostics (QLD). Sue is a registered specialist in feline medicine (WA) but she lectures in both canine and feline medicine in Australia and internationally. She sees cases of both feline and canine internal medicine in practice.

Sue is available to take your calls 9AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday on one week and Mon-Wed on the alternate weeks as she dedicates time to academic work on alternate Thursday and Fridays.
